HOW TO ORDER BALLOONS FOR LOCAL DELIVERY

1) Select You desired item from our “Pricelist” page. 

(Daily deliveries require a minimum 24 hour notice to assure scheduling is done properly. Any order placed after 3pm will not be eligible for next day delivery.)

2) Complete the checkout process on the website and make sure your "shipping address" is the address of the location you'd like delivery sent to.

3) Be Sure Your Delivery Address Is Local To The Charlotte, NC Area. (FYI: Delivery fee of $25 is a drop off fee for Charlotte only, all other decor that require event set ups/take down will be calculated based on distance and decor package)

(Please note any location outside of our delivery area will be cancelled and refunded. If you're uncertain about your location please call us directly at (980)428-1828 to place your order.)

4) Once you've paid and completed the checkout process, go to your email confirmation and "reply" to us with the name of whom we're delivering the balloons to and the occasion (if any). Feel free to add any other instruction you feel we may need to have a successful delivery. NO REFUNDS! After payment is received, you can make changes to event dates/theme/colors up to 14 days prior to your event. Change in theme/colors/decor may result in updated pricing.
